How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs €14.99. Orders with a total product value of €100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking information is available for your order, we will provide it to you. Tracking availability may vary depending on the product, supplier and shipping method.
Can products arrive separately?
Yes. If your order contains products fulfilled by different suppliers or locations, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I return an item?
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving an order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the exceptions explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
