Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To start a return, please contact STOREBANG before sending any product back.

Returned products should be complete and, where reasonably possible, include their original packaging and accessories.

Customers may inspect products to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality. A reduction in refund value may apply where a product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, where permitted by applicable law.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the return request has been accepted.

Do not return products to an address shown on the original shipping package unless STOREBANG specifically instructs you to do so.

Certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may lose their right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken after delivery, where permitted by applicable law.

This may include certain intimate or personal-care products.

This exception does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where appropriate.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
