STOREBANG respects your privacy and processes personal information in connection with operating our online store, fulfilling orders, providing customer support, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations and, where applicable, providing marketing communications.

STOREBANG has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as one is not required for our processing activities. Privacy requests are handled directly by the operator.

Right of access — you can ask whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it.

Send your request to support@storebang.store from the email address used for your order or account, and tell us what you need: access to your data, a correction, deletion, a data export, restriction, an objection, or withdrawal of consent.

Please include enough information for us to identify you (for example your order number). We may ask a follow-up question to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We respond to requests without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt. If a request is complex, we may extend that period and will tell you if we do.

Exercising your rights is free of charge. There is no automated legal process — every request is read and handled by the operator.
